Flat-Fee Coverage Packages

• One-Day Coverage: Full-day attendance at event (local), live notes, post-coverage article. Deliverables: 1 article (600–800 words), 1 photo (optional). Fee: $450–$600.
• Multi-Day Event Coverage: 2–3 days coverage, analysis, synthesis. Deliverables: 2 articles (daily + final), photos/videos, optional cards for social media. Fee:

$1,200–$2,000.

• Analytical Feature (No Travel): In-depth article based on materials provided or remote interviews. Deliverables: 1 article (800–1,200 words). Fee: $500–$700.
• Social Media Add-on: Cards, threads, captions, short videos. Deliverables: 3–5 cards or posts per day. Fee: + $150–$250.

Conditions

• Travel & Accommodation: reimbursed or provided when required.
• Per-word rates not accepted: prefer flat fee due to time/effort involved.
• Turnaround time: typically 24–48 hours after event unless agreed otherwise.
